Still waiting

No response. No tracking info. No product.
It has not been four weeks since I ordered items that were in stock. Every day I check into my account. It says it will ship in three days. It said that on Day 1.

Kitchen Tsuris

Convoluted return process, 15% restocking fee, no free shipping, no shipping refund...
All wrapped up in a poor product description (necessitating return)
Don't bother, buy from a legitimate retailer.

Misleading Shipping time;

We have ordered some light switches and was told through( kitchensource.com)website that the order will ship within 3 days of the order date submitted and now its 5 days and no tracking has been sent indicating that the order is shipped.

We WRITING this to tell Kitchensource.com to update there website to say(WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED) TO SHIP WITHIN 3 DAYS--NOT WHEN ORDER IS RECEIVED TO SHIP WITHIN 3 DAYS ---THAT CAN BE MISLEADING TO MOST OF US.

Deceiving practices

Company advertises item in stock, and is able to ship to Canada (for suspiciously low price). They charge the payment. Once they realized I ordered something and need it shipped, they send an email that the manufacturer cannot ship outside of 48 US states. So they are drop shipping type of service or lying to get out of paying for shipping out of their pocket. Either way, service is inadequate. Can; t recommend.

Incompetent staff

I ordered two counter tops and order was duplicated due to their malfunction on website. They cancelled one and initiated a correction on the existing one. Order arrived with wrong counter top and an extra one already credited so I rejected the order. Danita acknowledged they had received the return and finally after months of never replacing the incorrect order agreed to credit the remaining $461 they owed me in refunds. They never credited it still! So I ended up having to spend hours gathering all the communications and provide them to my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will never deal with these incompetent idiots again! I'd give them no stars if it was an option. There should be a negative star rating for these folks.

Impossible Returns

Kitchen Source promotes "easy returns" throughout its website. However, when they sent me the wrong color product I discovered all links to a return policy ended up telling me all returns required a Return Authorization. No where on their website do they actually explain how to actually get a Return Authorization or return an item. My calls have been unanswered.

Will never buy from Kitchensource.com again

We purchased an under-sink garbage can pullout system, and it did not fit so we asked to returned it. Returns are ridiculously expensive, because they make you pay the shipping, and it costs a bundle - plus they then add a 15% re-stocking fee. We had to pay almost 50% of the value of the product to return it! Their website has false advertising saying "easy returns". That is far from the truth - they make it ridiculously difficult to return to them and cost prohibitive! Do not shop there!

Terrible service. Return costs 3/4 of purchase price.

I bought a pair of table legs for $111. Order number 662933. They were not what I was expecting. The picture online did not show they were not square but "L" shaped. I called immediately and ask to return them. It took 3 weeks to get an RA number. The policy is they charge me for the original shipping and I pay for the return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. The don't allow using the USPS so I have to use a more expensive alternative. It costs $76 dollars to return the product. Never again... My mistake for using a company with such terrible return policy.

I will not order from kitchensource.com again.

I ordered sets of hinges from kitchen source. They sent entirely different products and when I contacted them about the error, they said that they will contact the manufacturer to see if they could be returned. As of now, I am still waiting. I would be very careful of ordering anything from this company.

Now your starting to be dishonest. I told you I CALLED BEFORE I ORDERED AND IT WAS IN STOCK.... I have all receipts where it was shipped right away !! What are you talking about. I will post all of this on your website for you too see also. This is ridicules. I never mean any disrespect to anyone but when you start lying that crosses a line. You only do this when your trying to be dishonest. I've been in customer service ( and trained it ) for over 30 years, and this is horrible customer service. You know y'all messed up ( or your shipper's did ) and that should not have anything to do with ME !! I placed order on Thursday morning around 11ish on the 14th ( after calling night before saying it was in stock ) and it was shipped out as follows : #1 The James Martin packing slip invoice stating Order date 11/15/2019 reference # 123974T #2 . Pink Order paper showing it was set out on dock to ship MONDAY 11/18/19 #3 The uniform Bill of Landing BOL # KBX433410119 Tender date 11/19/2019 (3rd business day when item is in stock it will ship as confirmed by NICE lady I called and ask night before ordering this vanity ) under Billing Reference the pickup date from freight company was 11/20/2019. #4 I have copies of my computer history where I checked on 11/25 and tracking number wouldn't work, I waited until 11/27 as it was late and I had Thanksgiving things to do. So on 27th I called in at 11:08 to y'all and was told she couldn't track either and would call me back, I then called UPS Freight at 11:12 and was told it was lost, in a panic I called y'all back and said I need another one sent out ASAP as I am paying a contractor and time is money. I explained I paid an extra $300 + because it was in stock and would ship ASAP ... She said she would get back to me ( And never did) It was Thanksgiving and I had to put on back burner. When Monday came in it took the contractor said I have to move on and come back to this, He had other obligations as he was working on multiple projects. So we stopped working on bathroom. Had it got to me as promised by your website it would have been opened ASAP. But again ( I've said this so many times I feel like a broken record ) They called late afternoon on the 5th of December said I had to home all day the next day of the 6th from 9am to 3pm. I had numerous things to get done it town and ask if they could call right before they were to arrive? Nope, you just have to wait. So I did till 5pm and headed off to town. The driver called at 6:05 stating he was here with my delivery I explained I couldn't run home yet and he said " All you have to do is shoot me a text and say it's ok to leave it and I can do that!" I said Great, thanks so much ! He never stated to open box or anything, NO INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL !!!!! AGAIN FOR 5TH OR 6TH TIME I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING. It was late when I finished in town and I was tired , I shut garage door and went to bed. When contractor finished Kitchen ( Or at stopping point ) he wanted to go back to back bathroom to get that done so I could get the carpet laid and I could move back into my one room in my warm house as it is difficult to live in RV in my Driveway ( as I've stated before I am disabled ) so he opened the box while I was at my Pain Dr. in Boise Id and called said it was busted up. Now y'all had said the tracking showed it went all over Texas, ect. ( I am waiting for complete tracking from UPS Freight as to all the multipule places it traveled and got shuffled around ) So I'm sure it has been on several trucks. moved around , shuffled around , other boxes and crap sat on

top it so my guess is it was damaged in freight. I evened called back and told y'all I'm an honest person and my contractor said that package has been thru the mill. So now one more time, I am asking you to make this right with me the customer. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. When I called it you ( I believe your who I spoke to said " I think James Martin's policy is two weeks. I will check and call you back, well that didn't happen either you wouldn't call so you sent out your 1st of many emails trying to buffalo me. It was the holiday time things were crazy and My contractor took off a couple days to be with his family. I only had the vanity in my possession a couple of days to be exact for 15 and working days, not A MONTH THAT YOU NOW ARE SAYING.... HOLY HANNAH , STOP ADDING TO YOUR STORY TO MAKE THIS MY FAULT. It is 100% Your company's and you know it.. I don't care are what James Martin say's, you are representing Kitchen Source.feel they even know this story , but they will as I am sending all this letter an
